.Fiddler2 is an HTTP header that that allows internet explorer to simulate various HTTP Header values for your application
Now lets start.

-Download fiddler2 here => http://www.fiddler2.com/Fiddler2/version.asp
- Open the 'Customize Rules' window (Rules->Customize Rules...)
- find this function: static function OnBeforeRequest(oSession: Session)
- inside this function, add the header values that you would like to add, in this format:
oSession.oRequest["www.mtnonline.com"] = "10.199.212.2:8080";
// if (oSession.host.toLowerCase() == "10.199.212.2:8888") oSession.host = "10.199.212.2:8080";

Internet Explorer will now accept your custom header values. You will probably need to clear your browser cookies before it takes effect.
