Do you know that you can make your German server be as fast as a paid server? yes it is highly possible and i'm using it as a proof... you must be wondering how can this be? it's no majic. Now i will give you the step and please follow the steps word for word if you want it to be a success...

You must have known by now how to open a perfect german server but if this is your first time make sure you read prevous posts to learn how to open your own german server.
If you want to open your own sub-domain make sure you use either http://000a.de, 2.je, 24.je, preloaded.de, they are fast when it comes to browsing and downloading. do not use 1.vg, 1x.net cos they are kind of slow... After opening your subdomain go to your ftp client and login your info to take you to your root directory. Now in your root directory create a new directory and name the directory with an i.p after creating the new directory open it and upload all 3 files. now the server will look like this http://proudlyonenaija.000a.de/172.125.254.005/tutorial.php.
