You will need to create a server for it. i have created a comprehensive tutorial in the past on video and a pictorial steps. your should check em out.

ReplyDeleteIWP is a .jar file and the only way to make it work on your pc, is by installing java run time (jre) on your system. you can get the jre @ filehippo official site.
