AFTER INSTALLING GO TO THERE SITE TO REGISTER AFTER UR REGISTRATION NOW ITS TIME TO CONFIGURE
CONFIGURATION
U MUST KNOW LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTER B4 PERFORMING THIS
FIRST U NEED TO PING UR HOST AND IT GOES LIKE
Windows: Start -> Accessories --> Command prompt
When the window opens, type:
ping domain.com (where domain.com is the host you want to ping)
To output to a text file so you can copy/paste, attach to ticket, etc, type:
ping domain.com > ping.txt
The ping.txt file will be created in your home directory.

For Mac:

GUI:
Open Finder, go to Applications, Utilities, and then click "Network Utility" - you will have a handy tool for running ping tests.

COMMAND LINE:
Open Finder, go to Applications, Utilities, and then click "Terminal" - when the window opens, type in:

ping domain.com (where domain.com is the host you want to ping)

To output to a text file so you can copy/paste, attach to ticket, etc, type:

ping domain.com > ping.txt

The ping.txt file will be created in your home directory.

THAT IS UR FIRST STEP NOW FOR UR SECOND STEP
U WILL NEED TO RUN A TRACE ROUTE AND HERE IT GOES

Start -> Run -> Accessories -> Command Prompt
When the window opens, type:
tracert domain.com
To output to a text file, type:
tracert domain.com > trace.txt
The text file will be created in your home directory.

For Mac GUI:

Finder -> Applications -> Utilities -> Network Utility (Traceroute tab)
For Mac command line:
Finder -> Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal
When the window opens, type:
traceroute domain.com
To output to a text file, type:
traceroute domain.com > trace.txt
trace.txt will be created in your home directoy

AFTER THAT GO TO C:\PROGRAM FILE AND PUT UR IP IN THE CONFG. BY OPENING IT WITH UR NOTE PAD AFTER PUT UR IP AT THE DOWN MOST PART SAVE AND EXIT U ARE GOOD TO GO
