Here is another way of finding paid iwp servers with Google...
type any of the bellow in the Google search box.
intitle:index.of "parent directory"
intitle:index.of name size
intitle:index.of TestMyServer.php
filetype:php inurl:TestMyServer.php
Since tutorial.php can be renamed, its not the best option when you want to search for servers, use the TestMyserver.php and php.ini to locate iwp servers.
